Applications are now open for the 2021 Singapore International Violin Competition – to be held in Singapore from the 17th to 29th of January, 2021

Applications are now open for the 2021 Singapore International Violin Competition – to be held in Singapore from the 17th to 29th of January, 2021.

Hosted by the Yong Siew Toh Conservatory and open to international violinists 30 years of age and younger, the 1st prize winner will receive US $50,000, a number of important performance engagements and the loan of a fine Italian instrument.

The 2021 jury will comprise: Qian Zhou (President), Salvatore Accardo, Martin Beaver, Martin Engstroem, Koichiro Harada, Barnabás Kelemen, Cho-Liang Lin, Mihaela Martin, Petru Munteanu, Joel Smirnoff and Vera Tsu Weiling.

Applications to be received by the 15th of September, 2020.
