The Deutsche Kammerakademie Neuss, in Neuss, Germany has this week announced the appointment of 31-year-old Austrian-Hungarian violinist and conductor Christoph Koncz as its new Chief Conductor.

Christoph currently serves as Principal 2nd Violinist with the Vienna Philharmonic – and has performed as Guest Conductor with a number of ensembles, including the Musiciens du Louvre.

Violinist Isabelle van Keulen will continue her dual leadership role as Artistic Director of the ensemble.
