Dying in 1993, Maestro Leinsdorf served prestigious conducting positions with The Metropolitan Opera, The Cleveland Orchestra, Rochester Philharmonic Orchestra, New York City Opera, Boston Symphony Orchestra, New York Philharmonic and the (West) Berlin Radio Symphony Orchestra.
