Finalists Announced at Hannover Comp – Including 1 VC ‘Young Artist’

The 6 Finalists at 2015 Joseph Joachim International Violin Competition, have just minutes ago been announced, in Hannover, Germany – including VC ‘Young Artist’ Richard Lin.
The 2015 Finalists are:
- VC ‘Young Artist’ Richard Lin (Taiwan/United States)
- Amalia Hall (New Zealand)
- Sergei Dogadin (Russia)
- Benjamin Marquise Gilmore (The Netherlands/United States)
- Shion Minami (Japan)
- Ayana Tsuji (Japan)
The final round will be held on the evenings of the 8th and 9th of October - with the 1st prize winner will receive €50,000 (US $57,000), a CD recording on the Naxos label, the 3 year loan of a Giovanni Battista Guadagnini violin – and a number of important international performance opportunities.
