Hello, I’m believe that, at this point in time, competitions are a necessary part of a young soloist’s training. There are, alas, few possibilities for a young soloist to be on the stage. This gives competitions a lot of power, so they should make an effort to be as just as possible. I hope that all competitions will state clearly on what ground prices are given. Every competiton should make known which percentage of each fase counts in the final total. Every competition should make public all jurors qualifications of the candidates. Jurors that show bias should not be asked again.
