It has been announced that prized South-Korean violin virtuoso, JinJoo Cho has been appointed to the teaching faculty of the Cleveland Institute of Music.
A Bachelors and Masters degree graduate of the school, JinJoo is a former 1st prize winner at the Indianapolis and Montreal International Violin Competitions.
She currently serves on faculty at the Oberlin Conservatory – and recently founded the Encore Chamber Music Institute, summer programme.
The 28 year old’s initial appointment is for the 2016-2017 academic year.
