The Seattle Symphony has announced the appointment of American conductor Lee Mills as its new Associate Conductor
The Seattle Symphony has this week announced the appointment of American conductor Lee Mills as its new Associate Conductor - effective from the commencement of the 2019-2020 season.
A graduate of Baltimore's Peabody Institute, where he studied with conductors Marin Alsop and Gustav Miere, he currently serves as Resident Conductor of the Brazilian Symphony.
Lee's responsibilities in Seattle will include cover conductor - and he will lead the orchestra's family and community concerts.
