The 17 violin and 17 viola candidates have been announced for the 2019 Max Rostal International Competition
The 17 violin and 17 viola candidates have this week been announced for the 2019 Max Rostal International Competition - to be held at the Berlin University of the Arts from the 24th to the 31st of March.
The 2019 violin candidates are:

- Wooil Lee

- Yejin Roh
- Hani Song
- Hwapyung Yoo
The 2019 viola candidates are:

The 1st prize winner of each category will receive €7,000.
The 2019 jury will comprise: Tomoko Akasaka, Nora Chastain, Gérard Caussé, Roberto Diaz, David Geringas, Philippe Graffin, Gerhard Schulz and Hagai Shaham.
