My dear friends! It is with regret I need to inform you that due to positive Covid test I am obliged to postpone my long awaited collaboration with the Hungarian National Philharmonic Orchestra on October the 8th. Although I had only mild symptoms and two days ago I had been tested negative, the Hungarian health authorities denied my entry to the country since I need two negative corona tests to enter a country. The concert therefore shall be postponed and I will keep you posted! I’m looking forward with excitement to my conducting engagement to conduct two of the greatest symphonies: Schubert “Unfinished” and Bruckner 9th. With my warmest regards to you my beloved audience from Budapest and great musicians of the Orchestra! Yours Maxim _______________________________ #maximvengerov #budapest #covid #concert
