The San Francisco-based curators Mercury Soul and composer and electronic music DJ Mason Bates today released a new episode of their new virtual mini-series

Filmed at the Saint Joseph’s Arts Society, in San Francisco, the new 4-part series features meditative music and electronica, highlighting the seamless alternation between classical music and DJing.

Each episode highlights solo and chamber music performances – ranging in repertoire from new works by composers Anna Clyne, Jóhann Jóhannsson and Dale Trumbore to Bach to Debussy to Indian to Chinese folk music.

Today's episode presents the music of J.S. Bach, performed by San Francisco Ballet soloist Julia Rowe, flutist Vineet Gopal, cellist Jonah Kim, violinist Matt Szemela, composer Dale Trumbore and Composer/DJ Mason Bates.
