Semi-Finalists Announced at Marteau International - Including VC 'Young Artist' Fédor Roudine


The 12 semi-finalists, including VC 'Young Artist' Fédor Roudine, have been announced at the Henri Marteau International Violin Competition, in Lichtenberg, Germany.

They are: VC 'Young Artist' Fédor Roudine (Russia/France), Misako Akama (Japan), Jonathan Chan (Canada), Pierre Frapier (France), Francisco Garcia Fullana (Spain), Elisabeth Heuberger (Germany), Minkyum Kim (South Korea), Rachel Koblyakov (USA), Celina Kotz (Poland), Maria Kouznetsova (France), Ilzoo Park (South Korea) and Anne Maria Wehrmeyer (Germany).

The final will be held of Friday 9th May – with the 1st prize winner to receive 10,000 EUR, a CD release with the Bavarian Radio Orchestra and a number of prestigious concert engagements.
