Cellist Aldo Parisot performs selections from Bach, Graziani, and Debussy on Camera Three — a CBS network arts & culture television show

Legendary Brazilian-born American cellist Aldo Parisot was born on this day in 1918.

Parisot joined the teaching faculty at the Yale School of Music in 1958 and served in this position for 60 years, retiring in 2018 — just months before his death, aged 100.
