TwoSet Violin Announces End of a Chapter
The violin duo recently deleted a substantial amount of their content off YouTube and Instagram
TwoSet Violin, the classical music comedy duo made up of Brett Yang and Eddy Chen, posted on Instagram this week announcing the end of an era.
"This will be the last piece of content we post as TwoSet Violin," the pair writes. "It’s been a wild ride with you all for the last 11 years. We’ve all grown up together and it’s kinda surreal that we’re ending our chapter here. Thank you for all the laughs, the genuine encounters in real life and all the special moments we’ve had with you online and offline."

The news comes after their 2023/24 world tour and their signing with KD Schmid last May.
While some media are speculating that the Australia duo are retiring, an industry insider has today indicated to The Violin Channel that this is a publicity stunt — with a larger announcement related to a new project set to be made shortly.
Founded in 2013, TwoSet has garnered over 4.3 million followers on YouTube and worked with soloists such as James Ehnes, Lang Lang, Hilary Hahn, Janine Jansen, and Maxim Vengerov.
Amidst fans expressing gratitude and confusion, the Australian duo deleted most of its content — their YouTube channel now has only 29 videos, while its Instagram only has two posts.
