VC LIVE | Banff International String Quartet Festival — Vaughan Williams, Haydn & More

Tune in on September 28 at 6 PM (ET) for a sensational concert featuring works centered around the theme of birds

Led by Director of the Banff International String Quartet Competition Barry Shiffman, the Banff International String Quartet Festival is a three-day festival showcasing today's exquisite talent in classical music.

In 2017, the Banff International String Quartet Festival commenced in non-competition years. and features competition alumni alongside special guests.

This concert features accordionist Michale Bridge, violinist Anna Štube, Leonkoro Quartet, New Orford String Quartet, violinist Hao Zhou, and pianist Gilles Vonsattel. The artists will be performing a program of notable works revolving around the theme of birds.
