VC LIVE | Wigmore Hall Presents Violist VC Artist Timothy Ridout & Tom Poster

The concert features works by Brahms and Kurt Schwertsik

We’re coming to you from Wigmore Hall, in London, for a concert with violist VC Artist Timothy Ridout and pianist Tom Poster.

A graduate of London’s Royal Academy of Music and the Kronberg Academy, where he studied with Martin Outram and Nobuko Imai, Ridout is a former first prize winner at the Lionel Tertis and Cecil Aronowitz International Viola Competitions. He was recently named as a 2019 BBC New Generation Artist and awarded the prestigious Thierry Scherz Prize at the Gstaad Festival Sommets Musicaux.
