Finalists Announced at Inaugural Vietnam International Violin Competition

The 6 Finalists have been announced at the 2019 inaugural Vietnam International Violin Competition

The 6 Finalists have today been announced at the 2019 inaugural Vietnam International Violin Competition – in Hanoi, Vietnam.

The 2019 Finalists are:

• Zhenyi Jiang (China)
• Ruslan Turuntayev (Kazakhstan)
• Khanh Van Hoang Ho (Vietnam)
• Gang Hyeon Park (South Korea)
• Petr Fedotov (Russia)
• Hyeon Hong (South Korea)

Open to international violinists under the age of 30, the 1st prize winner will receive US $8000.

The 2019 jury comprises: Cong Duy Bui (President), Viktor Tretyakov (Chair), Stephanie Chase, Vilmos Szabadi, Kyung Sun Lee, Chen Xi, Cong Duy Bui, Chuong Vu, Lorenz Gamma and Gregory Lee.
