Today is American violinist Anne Akiko Meyers' birthday!
A graduate of The Juilliard School, where she studied with Dorothy DeLay, Felix Galimir and Masao Kawasaki, Anne is a former recipient of an Avery Fisher Career Grant.
Today she performs and records regularly with many of the world's leading orchestras and conductors.
