20 year old Sihao He, from China, has been awarded 1st Prize at the Gaspar Cassado International Cello Competition, in Hachioji, Japan

Siaho currently studies with Julie Albers and Hans Jensen at the Townsend School of Music, in Atlanta, USA

2nd Prize was awarded to 18 year old Min Ji Kim from South Korea and 3rd prize to 18 year old Brannon Cho from the United States

Siaho will receive USD $15,000 and a number of prestigious Japanese concert engagements
