Applications Open for Sinfonietta Cracovia's 7th International Composition Competition

The competition aims to promote young composers and expand the modern repertoire for string orchestra

Composers can apply now for the Sinfonietta Cracovia's 7th International Composition Competition.

Open to all composers under age 40, entries must be an original composition that has not yet been performed, awarded, or published. The piece, which must be between 7-12 minutes long, should be titled Sinfonietta per Sinfonietta. 

This year's jury members include Joanna Wnuk-Nazarowa, Eugeniusz Knapik, Marcel Chyrzyński, and Jurek Dybał.

Applications to be received by June 20, 2021.
