Concert Artists Guild Competition Names 2024 Semi-Finalists

24 soloists and 11 ensembles will progress to the virtual semi-final round

 

24 soloists and 11 ensembles have been selected to advance to the semi-final round of the Concert Artists Guild (CAG) Competition for 2024. This round will be held virtually.

Aimed at supporting musicians who are ready to launch their careers nationally and internationally, the CAG Competition offers a range of prizes. All winners will receive management from CAG in North America, a New York debut performance opportunity, and participation in CAG's Citizen Musician Bootcamp.

In addition, Grand Winners will receive international management (Americas and Europe) jointly with CAG and with the Young Classical Artists Trust (YCAT) in London, as well as a performance at London's Wigmore Hall.

In 2024, the jury comprises Kathleen Gerety (Program Committee Chair, Chamber Music Tulsa), John Glover (Director of Artistic Planning, Kaufman Music Center), Tim Mar (Senior Associate, Arts Management Group), and Ed Yim (Chief Content Officer, WQXR).
