Gramophone Magazine Reveals Shortlist for 2024 Classical Music Awards

66 recordings have been shortlisted across 11 categories
Launched in 1977, the Gramophone Classical Music Awards constitute one of the most prominent prizes for recording in the classical music industry. They are often characterized as being classical music's version of the Oscars.
66 recordings across 11 categories have made it onto the shortlist for the 2024 Gramophone Classical Music Awards. In October, this shortlist will be reduced from six recordings per category down to three, and the winning recordings will later be revealed at the Gramophone Music Awards ceremony.
