Intermusica Appoints Camilla Wehmeyer as Associate Director for Vocal and Opera

The management agency Intermusica recently announced that Camilla Wehmeyer has been appointed as the company's new Associate Director, Vocal & Opera. Wehmeyer previously held a position at Hazard Chase, and then started her own agency, Camilla Wehmeyer Management (CWM), at the outset of the pandemic.

A boutique agency specializing in classical singers, CWM will be incorporated into Intermusica. Wehmeyer will bring eleven clients with her, including soprano Sumi Jo and tenor James Gilchrist. Current CWM Associate Mary Donald will also join Intermusica, becoming Associate Artist Manager, Vocal & Opera.

A graduate of the University of Cambridge, Camilla Wehmeyer has worked in management for some of the UK's top vocal ensembles, including The Tallis Scholars, I Fagiolini, and Alamire.

She has previously served as the Associate Director of the vocal department at Hazard Chase and also amassed significant experience with a world-class roster of artists as an Artist Manager at Askonas Holt.
