North Carolina Symphony Violinist & Composer Jess Levin Has Died – Aged 65

American violinist, composer and acclaimed photographer Jess Levin has passed away – aged 65.

Mr Levin served as a long time 1st violinist with the North Carolina Symphony Orchestra - and enjoyed a flourishing 2nd career as a classical music-focused photographer.

His career highlights include the premiere of his own Violin Concerto, with the symphony in 1976.

Our condolences are with Mr Levin's family, friends, colleagues and students.
