London Philharmonic Orchestra Launches Under 30s Scheme
Young concert-goers will be able to purchase LPO tickets for less than £20, and receive additional discounts
The London Philharmonic Orchestra (LPO) is launching a discount scheme to allow patrons under the age of 30 to attend LPO concerts for less than £20 per ticket.
As well as discounted ticket prices, the scheme offers a range of other perks to young concert-goers, such as discounted drinks, bonus content, the removal of booking fees, and a free LPO tote bag.
Once users sign up for the scheme, they will receive an email on the first Monday of each month containing a summary of the ticket offers available. These will vary depending on the concert, but Under 30 tickets will never cost more than £20.
So far, concerts with discounts available include Canellakis conducts Shostakovich (featuring music by Shostakovich and Beethoven) as well as Julian Joseph plays Gershwin (featuring music by Joseph himself, Gershwin, and Saint-Saëns).
