Amazon has today announced Golden Globe-winning comedy-drama series Mozart in the Jungle will be canceled at the conclusion of its fourth season.

Based on Blair Tindall’s classical music insider’s memoir Sex, Drugs and Classical Music, the acclaimed series documents a budding oboist, Hailey, as she navigates her way through the longstanding traditions of the New York City classical music scene.

The show was awarded the coveted 2016 Golden Globe accolade for the ‘Best TV Comedy Series’.

“We are so proud of the four seasons we made of this show and are grateful to the cast, crew, fans and Amazon for writing this symphony with us … we hope people will keep finding the show for years to come,” executive producers, Paul Weitz, Roman Coppola, Jason Schwartzman and Will Graham have said in a joint statement.

The fourth, and final season, is available now on Amazon.
