The National Association of Music Merchants (NAAM), in Los Angeles, has today announced the cancellation of it's 2021 conference – due to concerns over the COVID-19 pandemic.
The annual conference was scheduled to be hosted from the 21st to the 24th of January – at the Anaheim Convention Centre, in California.
In place of this years' conference, NAMM will launch 'Believe in Music' at BelieveinMusic.tv - an online global gathering with a mix of comprehensive programming and professional education and interactive marketplace.
“While it remains unsafe for us to gather in person in January, Believe in Music week will use new, intuitive technology to connect us all to harness the incredible energy that happens when we come together," NAMM President and CEO Joe Lamond has today said.
