Höslová will now be the first woman in history to lead the Prague Conservatory, whose past directors included Antonín Dvořák, Josef Suk, Vítězslav Novák, J.B. Foerster, Vilém Kurz, and Jaroslav Kocian.
As a vocal consultant and singer, she is also a faculty member of the Prague Conservatory in the Department of Professional Theory, where she teaches the subject of intonation.
