Reed Yeboah Fine Violins Appoints New Managing Director
Gregory Luce will step into the role this month
Reed Yeboah Fine Violins has announced that violist and administrator Gregory Luce will serve as its new Managing Director. He will step into the role on March 17, 2025.
A graduate of the Juilliard School, the Peabody Conservatory, and the Cleveland Institute of Music, Luce has played concerts in Austria, England, Hungary, Germany, Canada, and the United States. As part of his commitment to contemporary music, he has premiered dozens of works around the world, including in such venues as the Kennedy Center, Alice Tully Hall, Carnegie Hall, Wigmore Hall, Severance Hall, and the Meyerhoff Concert Hall.
He served as the violist of the New York-based Aeolus Quartet from 2008 to 2018. Luce is also a sought-after pedagogue and has been invited to coach, teach privately, and perform at institutions such as the Juilliard School, Stanford University, the Interlochen Summer Arts Academy, and the Austin Chamber Music Center’s Summer Workshop.
