San Antonio Symphony Musicians Agree to Pay Cut

It has been announced today that the San Antonio Symphony has reached an agreement with its 72-orchestral members - that will see the ensemble cut commitments for the 2015/16 back to 3 days per week.
The temporary layoff, orchestral management has indicated, will help the organization gain better long term financial footing and reduce current debt levels.
Music Director, Sebastian Lang-Lessing has also agreed to a pay reduction, the orchestra’s board has said.
