Sheku Kanneh-Mason to Auction off Private Concert

Sponsored by Music Masters, a UK music education charity, the online auction will be held from March 3 to March 10

The winner will be able to bring up to nine guests to the 30-minute virtual event.

The auction is part of a two-week celebration highlighting the important work of Music Masters' Ambassadors and Artists.

These ambassadors prove a vital role in the charity, promoting music education in primary schools around the country.

On March 3, Music Masters will also present a free "Ambassadors for Change" performance with violinists Nicola Benedetti, Randall Goosby, Hyeyoon Park, and Elena Urioste, along with pianists Benjamin Grosvenor, Tom Poster, and Isata Kanneh-Mason. The Harlem Quartet will also be featured.

Sheku Kanneh-Mason was the winner of the 2016 BBC Young Musician of the Year and was appointed Member of the Order of the British Empire. He currently studies with Hannah Roberts at the Royal Academy of Music, in London.
