This evening's season opening night concert at Carnegie Hall, to have featured violinist Joshua Bell, bassist Esperanza Spalding, conductor Yannick Nézet-Séguin and The Philadelphia Orchestra has been cancelled due to strike action by the venue's stagehands

The concert will not be rescheduled
