German Violinist Stefan Tarara Awarded 1st Prize at Enescu International Competition

28 year old Stefan Tarara, from Germany has been awarded 1st prize at the 2014 George Enescu International Violin Competition, in Romania.
22 year old VC 'Young Artist Fedor Roudine has been awarded 2nd prize – with 3rd prize presented to 27 year old Wonhee Bae, from South Korea.
A student of Professor Zakhar Bron, Stefan is a former prize winner at the Paganini, Tibor Varga, Henri Marteau, Mozarteum Salzburg, Valsesia Musica and Wieniawski and Lipinski International Violin Competitions - and currently serves as Concertmaster of the Mannheim Philharmonic.
He will receive 15,000 EU (USD $19,400).
