STOLEN ALERT — Cello Stolen in San Francisco

The 2019 Tiberio Carroll cello was stolen on December 17, 2023, in Japantown

The cello was stolen in a car break-in at around 5 to 7 PM (PST) on December 17, 2023, in Japantown, San Francisco.

Valued at around $4,200, the cello was packed in a black soft case with a cello bow and black music binder inside.

The label inside the cello reads “Tiberio Carroll, fecit anno 2019.” The cello itself was crafted by Roland Feller and bears the serial number 1476.

“I really need help finding it and any help at all will be appreciated, thank you,” wrote the owner.
