VC LIVE | 2022 Classic Strings Violin Competition Final Round [LIVE NOW]

 

We're coming to you from the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray Music Hall in Dubai, United Arab Emirates for the Final Round of the 2022 Classic Strings Violin Competition.

Over the three day Final Round, each finalist will perform alongside the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra.

The first prize winner will receive €50,000 in cash plus a tour of 10 concerts with a total honorarium of €50,000. The second prize consists of €30,000, while the third prize consists of €15,000.

The jury comprises chair Martin T:Son Engstroem (Sweden), Andrey Baranov (Switzerland), Pavel Berman (Italy), Zakhar Bron (Germany/Switzerland), Michael Dauth (Germany), Michael Guttman (Belgium), Zuo Jun (Singapore), Dora Schwarzberg (Israel/Austria), and Eduard Wulfson (Switzerland).

The Violin Channel recently spoke with the President of the Classic Strings Competition, Konstantin Ishkhanov.

The Award Ceremony will be live streamed on The Violin Channel at 11:30AM ET (7:30PM GST).
