We're coming to you LIVE from The Greene Space in New York City for the 2024 Avery Fisher Career Grants announcement ceremony hosted by WQXR's Elliott Forrest. This year, the Avery Fisher Artist Program celebrates its 50th Anniversary. Performances by this year's recipients will follow the announcement.

Administered by Lincoln Center, the USD $25,000 bursaries are awarded annually to talented, young solo artists and chamber ensembles who exhibit outstanding potential for major international careers.  The Avery Fisher Artist Program is committed to all forms of diversity, with recipients chosen based on outstanding artistic merit.

Past awardees include pianist Yuja Wang, violinists Gil Shaham, Midori, cellist Yo-Yo Ma, and clarinetist Anthony McGill.
