We're coming to you LIVE from Los Angeles, California this week for a special faculty recital at The Colburn School's Sounding Point Academy Performance Series, featuring violinist Simone Porter.

The Sounding Point Academy, founded by Robert Lipsett and Fabiola Kim, serves to nurture the next generation of soloists, chamber musicians, orchestral musicians, and pedagogies. The program is taking place at The Colburn School from June 2-14, 2025.

The program covers all facets of violin playing — including masterclasses with world-leading artists, orchestra excerpt coaching, and more.
