VC LIVE | Music@Menlo Chamber Music Festival and Institute Presents Beethoven Quartet Cycle II

Tune in here on Friday, August 11th at 7:00PM (ET) for an exciting concert featuring three of Beethoven's Opus 18 String Quartets performed by The Calidore Quartet

We're coming to you live from Music@Menlo, an internationally acclaimed chamber music festival and institute in the San Francisco Bay Area. Founded by David Finckel and Wu Han as a program of Menlo School, Music@Menlo features unique immersive programming, a roster of world-class artists, and a Chamber Music Institute for emerging and pre-professional musicians.

The complete cycle of Beethoven’s 16 string quartets has been heard only once during Music@Menlo’s first two decades. Held at the 2005 festival, the concert titled Beethoven: Center of Gravity focused on a variety of his important contributions to chamber music as well as his extraordinary life story.
