We’re coming to you from the Shalin Liu Performance Center, in Rockport, Massachusetts, for the 2021 Rockport Music “Concert View” series with Palaver Strings.

Founded in 2014, Palaver Strings is a string ensemble based in Portland, Maine. The group aims to use music to promote education and address social justice issues.
