We’re coming to you from the Shalin Liu Performance Center, in Rockport, Massachusetts, for the 2021 Rockport Music “Concert View” series with the Palaver Strings ensemble.

Founded in 2014, Palaver Strings is a string ensemble based in Portland, Maine. The group aims to use music to promote education and address social justice issues.
