VC LIVE | Sounding Point Academy Presents Charlotte and Olivia Marckx

We're coming to you from Los Angeles, California this week for The Colburn School's Sounding Point Academy Performance Series.

The Sounding Point Academy, founded by Robert Lipsett and Fabiola Kim, serves to nurture the next generation of soloists, chamber musicians, orchestral musicians, and pedagogies. The program is taking place at The Colburn School from June 4th – June 17th, 2023.

The program covers all facets of violin playing — including masterclasses with world-leading artists, orchestra excerpt coaching, and more.

This performance features violinist Charlotte and cellist Olivia Marckx. These young artists were featured on NPR’s From the Top, won grand prize winners of the KING FM Young Artists Awards, and have performed with symphonies around the county.
