Victoria "BCN" International Violin Competition Announces Finalists
27 violinists have been chosen to compete in the finals of the competition
In its second edition, the Victoria "BCN" International Violin Competition is currently taking place in Barcelona at the Victoria Music Center Concert Hall from April 18–20, 2025.
Open to violinists aged 12 to 25, the competition's finalists in the senior category (ages 21 to 25) include:

The finalists in the advanced category (ages 17 to 20) include:

The finalists in the junior category (ages 12 to 16) include:
- Carlos Aliro Heimlich
- Jacob Sun
- Kazuki Kyo
- Leander Hennes Resch
- Robert Marius Suiu
- Sura Hasanli
- Yaxin Guan
- Yiheng Gao
First prize winners in each category will have the opportunity to play in a masterclass with Maxim Vengerov. Other prizes include solo recitals and solo performances with orchestra, plus several scholarships of over €6,000. All winners will also receive a diploma and a trophy.
The jury comprises Viktor Tretyakov (president), Natalia Likhopoi, and Laia Montserrat.
