A protege of Kolja Blacher and Ana Chumachenco, Vilde's recent engagements include performances with the Academy of St. Martin in the Fields, the BBC Symphony, the Konzerthausorchester Berlin, the Russian National Orchestra and the NHK Symphony and chamber music collaborations with Gidon Kremer, Yuri Bashmet, Martha Argerich, Julian Rachlin, Maxim Venergov and Anne-Sophie Mutter

Vilde was also recently awarded 'Best Newcomer' at the ECHO Klassik, Edison Klassiek and Classic BRIT awards and the 2012 Credit Suisse 'Young Artists Award'
