A new full-length BBC documentary following composer Wynton Marsalis and the creation of his newly composed Violin Concerto in D Major

A new full-length BBC documentary, 'The Making of a Concerto', following famed jazz trumpeter and composer Wynton Marsalis and the creation of his newly composed Violin Concerto in D Major.

The new virtuoso work was dedicated to, and premiered by Scottish violinist Nicola Benedetti on November 6th, 2015 - with conductor James Gaffigan and the London Symphony Orchestra.
