Zhuhai International Mozart Competition Announces 2023 Jury
This year's edition will be held from September 8 - 20 at the Zhuhai Huafa & CPAA Grand Theatre in China
Established in 2015, the Zhuhai International Mozart Competition is presented by the University of Mozarteum Salzburg and held for emerging violin and piano players.
Open to violinists and pianists under 23, the competition not only focuses on young musicians’ virtuosity but also attaches great importance to their understanding and interpretation of classical music style.

With an application deadline of May 7, candidates will be shortlisted through pre-screening of submitted recordings.
Former first prize winners of the competition include VC Artist María Dueñas, Ziyu He, Chloe Chua, Daniil Bulayev, Shihan Wang, Liu Yiming, Yuzhe Qiu, Jinan Woo, Lina Nakano, Simon Zhu, and Haruna Shinoyama.
