Former Academy of St Martin’s Concertmaster Alan Loveday Has Died

The Academy of St Martin in the Fields has today announced the death of former Concertmaster, Alan Loveday

Royal College of Music.

His 1969 recording of Vivaldi’s ‘The Four Seasons’, under Sir Neville Marriner sold in excess of 500,000 copies.
