New York Double Bassist Alvin Brehm Has Died – Aged 89

American double bassist, conductor and composer Alvin Brehm has passed away – aged 89.

He served as a long term member of the Chamber Music Society of Lincoln Center and served as Dean of Music at the State University of New York, Purchase
