Boulanger Initiative Launches Elizabeth Henriksen Mentorship Program

The goal of the initiative is to help marginalized genders develop successful careers in composition

This initiative was founded to give mentorship to young composers of marginalized genders who are often neglected.

Chosen mentees will get to work with one mentor of their choice for six months. In these six months, the mentor and mentee will work together in 10 sessions to build professional development skills to harvest success in the industry.

All mentees will participate in masterclasses and professional development workshops.

Mentors for this round's initiative include Alexandra Gardner, Nina C. Young, and inti figgis-vizueta.
