Applications are now open for the 43rd Stulberg International String Competition – to be held in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA
Applications are now open for the 43rd Stulberg International String Competition – to be held in Kalamazoo, Michigan, USA from the 17th to the 18th May, 2018.
Open to violinists, violists, cellists and bassists of any nationality aged 19 or under and who are not current students of the 2018 judges, the 1st prize winner will receive USD $6,000 - and a number of domestic concerto performance opportunities.
The 2018 jury will comprise: Aaron Dworkin, Anthony Ross and Scott St John.

Former prize winners include Joshua Bell, Soovin Kim, Rachel Barton Pine and Jennifer Koh – and VC Artists Zeyu Victor Li, Zlatomir Fung, Matthew Lipman and Benjamin Beilman.
