Applications Open for Switzerland's International Menuhin Music Academy Summer Masterclasses [APPLY]
Founded in 1977 by Lord Yehudi Menuhin, the annual Summer program is open to international violinists and violists between the ages of 18 to 25
Applications are now open for the 2021 International Menuhin Music Academy — set to be held in Gstaad, Switzerland from the 15th to 22nd of August, 2021.
Founded in 1977 by Lord Yehudi Menuhin, the annual summer program is open to international violinists and violists between the ages of 18 to 25. A few outstanding participants in the masterclass series will be offered a place in the Academy's 3-year full-time program under free scholarship.
The 2021 faculty will include: Renaud Capuçon, Oleg Kaskiv, Guillaume Chilemme, Ivan Vukčević, Gérad Caussé, Clemens Hagen, Pablo de Naverán, and Olga Sitkovetsky.
"I always encourage talented young people to work with the best teachers," Renaud has said.
Applications to be received by July 1st, 2021.
