Conductor Gustavo Dudamel Honoured with Hollywood Walk of Fame Star

Conductor Gustavo Dudamel will be honored, on January 22nd, as the 2,654th recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame

The Hollywood Chamber of Commerce has this week announced LA Philharmonic Music Director Gustavo Dudamel will be honored, on January 22nd, as the 2,654th recipient of a star on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

The 37-year-old Venezuelan-born superstar conductor will join fellow classical musicians: Zubin Mehta, Eugene Ormandy, Leonard Bernstein, Placido Domingo, Arthur Rubinstein, Jascha Heifetz, Vladimir Horowitz and Maria Callas.
